Real-time computer-vision queue monitoring using YOLO / TensorFlow with Flask / FastAPI microservices, deployed on AWS EC2 for scalable crowd analytics and operational monitoring.
Interactive 360° campus navigation and information system for Blekinge Institute of Technology, enabling incoming students to virtually explore campus facilities.
Proxy-based bidirectional delay equalization with adaptive hold-and-release scheduling, asymmetric one-way delay estimation, EMA smoothing, and multicast batching. ~20ms → <2ms inter-client skew.
